Anger: Eating You Up From the Inside Out?

Anger: Eating You Up From the Inside Out?

Feeling angry every now and then is a normal part of life but when you feel angry all the time and it starts impacting your day to day life and the people around you, you know you have a problem. For most people anger is a natural reaction that passes quickly but, in some instances, it can become a difficult emotion to control.

Anger is actually a secondary emotion, and everyone has their own triggers. It usually rears its ugly head as a result of feeling negative base emotions such as fear, frustration, guilt, regret or disappointment. In contrast, positive base emotions lead to feelings of happiness, self-confidence, admiration and security.

There is a scientific reason for how and why there are changes in behaviour between feeling primary and secondary emotions, and it all has to do with the brains neural firing (called semantic pointers). It’s understood that for one emotion to cause another there must be a way for one pattern of neural firing to affect another. Fortunately, because of this proven theory, we now have ways and means of addressing anger issues.

Do you find it hard to control anger?

Anger management challenges often stem from past experiences, which shape your behaviour and belief system. So, while you may believe that another person or situation is responsible for your anger it’s most likely that you are the source.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can help you let go of your anger. It’s a proven hypnotherapy technique that delivers fast and lasting results. It gets to the root cause of emotions on a subconscious level and applies a particular set of repetitive techniques that quickly address old belief patterns. Subsequently, by changing your negative thought processes you can lead a more fulfilling life. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and angry, you should feel calmer and more relaxed. And feeling calmer in stressful situations helps you think more clearly so that you can react in a more appropriate way.

You deserve to be happy. And the only way that’s going to happen is by releasing your anger.

It’s never too late to ask for help from someone who can guide you through the process for long lasting change. There is nothing to lose by giving hypnotherapy a chance, but everything to lose if excessive anger is affecting your happiness.
