Working with a coach is much the same as going to a gym rather than trying to motivate yourself to exercise at home – while some people achieve this without any difficulties, you may prefer to be supported by, and accountable to, someone else; appreciating having someone by you side when implementing new strategies to help you change old habits and behaviours.
