What Is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is the pioneering new therapy method of world renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer. Through Marisa’s work on TV reality programmes, best seller books and her work with high profile people, RTT is gathering interest everywhere. It is different to therapy techniques such as CBT and talk therapy because it achieves outstanding lasting results very quickly. RTT is being validated on a global scale with course graduates reporting near-immediate success after graduating.

RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce transformative effects on clients with the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. RTT is a new therapeutic approach that works by getting to the core of the client’s issue and applying a particular set of techniques over and over again. These insights provided the foundations for Rapid Transformational Therapy to emerge as a distinctive approach.

RTT draws out ‘unfinished business’, meaning it is a technique for addressing old belief patterns that clients have been holding onto for many years.

We know that clients are time starved and come to us in pain, either physical or emotional. They want rapid results. So the first difference with RTT is that it aims to deliver permanent change in a single 90 minute session. Although some clients, with more complicated issues, will need up to 3 sessions.

Hypnosis is a trance-like state, which all of us have experienced countless times while drifting to sleep and while daydreaming.

However, during hypnosis, you are not asleep, you are awake and aware of everything that is happening around you. You are just very, very relaxed and you are still in control. You cannot be forced to do anything against your will.
